Job Title: Junior Recruiter 
Compensation:  $24.00 - $29.80 per Hour
Location: Hybrid. The Din Tai Fung USA Corporate Office is located in Arcadia, CA.

About the Role:
The Junior Recruiters are collaborators whose main responsibilities are focused on helping directors and managers with Human Resources- and Recruiting-related tasks, such as aiding new hires through the onboarding process and assisting in the maintenance of the company’s applicant tracking system. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides aid to applicants through phone and email correspondence
  • Assists applicants through the application, interview, and onboarding process
  • Manages job posts on assigned job boards and sources
  • Supports the management team in prescreening Spanish-speaking / Chinese-speaking candidates to determine the most qualified and promising candidates according to minimum and preferred qualifications
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and building connections with community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social networking sites, and other resources
  • Understands the needs of applicants and employees and addressing them in a timely manner
  • Reviews the offer letter requests from managers and sending onboarding documents accordingly
  • Assists in the maintenance of the company’s applicant tracking system by turning jobs on and off according to the locations’ needs
  • Maintains the candidate referral program from start to finish
  • Trains the Recruiting Coordinators 
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources and Recruiting functions and duties

Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in restaurant recruiting preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
  • Positive and Professional Attitude
