Job Title: Internal Communications & Implementation Manager
Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:
We are seeking an Internal Communications & Implementation Manager to lead our efforts in fostering a dynamic and engaged workforce while upholding our vibrant company culture. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our internal communication strategies and implementation processes, working closely with various departments to execute and refine communication initiatives. Your expertise in crafting impactful messages and implementing strategic communication plans will be crucial in driving employee engagement and supporting our organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the enterprise editorial calendar to ensure consistent, targeted, and effective internal communications.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to collect insights on company initiatives and employee experiences, creating innovative communication strategies.
  • Produce a variety of internal communications materials, including emails, articles, newsletters, video scripts, digital/print signage, web content, and chat messages.
  • Oversee the delivery of internal communications through digital platforms, such as email, intranet, and digital signage, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Drive engagement by exploring and implementing new ideas and methods for content distribution and employee interaction.
  • Support and coordinate employee events, including Town Hall meetings, roundtables, and Learning & Development activities.
  • Contribute to issues management and crisis communications, providing timely and effective responses as needed.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand restaurant operations and identify opportunities for improving internal communication strategies.
  • Serve as a key partner to operations, aligning communication efforts with operational excellence goals and supporting the implementation of communication plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, making adjustments to maximize impact and drive employee engagement.
  • Work with operational leaders to gather feedback from frontline employees, integrating it into communication strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in communicating to a diverse and dispersed workforce, including those with limited access to traditional communication channels.
  • A strong passion for people and digital communication, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate internal communications or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
