Job Title: Executive Assistant
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a top-level executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks, with a focus on optimizing the executive’s time and performance while ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains the executive's calendar: schedules and confirms appointments, arranges for meeting rooms or facilities, makes and confirms travel plans.
- Prepares agendas or presentations, attends meetings with the executive, and takes, transcribes, and distributes notes or minutes.
- Prepare more complex reports, agendas, minutes of meetings, and tailored letters and emails for approval by a chief executive.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures to ensure they are fully in line with organizational needs.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
- Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events.
- Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level preferred
- 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues, escalating only the most challenging problems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative support best practices.
- Experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team is a plus, with potential to act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Positive and Professional Attitude
