About the Role:
The Field Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for restaurant and operations management roles across assigned stores. Acting as the primary recruiting contact for local leadership, this role combines sourcing strategy, hiring support, and candidate experience into a field-facing talent function. The Field TA Partner will collaborate closely with other TA members, sourcing partners, and operations leaders to align hiring efforts with business needs, while also driving continuous improvement in TA processes and field-level hiring support.
Responsibilities:
- Own/oversee full-cycle recruitment for hourly and management roles across assigned stores
- Partner with store leaders and Employee Relations to align on hiring needs and role expectations
- Screen candidates, support scheduling of interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Support recruitment campaigns, local hiring events, and talent marketing
- Proactively identify process improvements, provide guidance to hiring managers, and maintain role readiness
- Partner with the sourcing team to maintain recruiting reports and provide insights as needed
Job Requirements:
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience (full-cycle, field, or sourcing roles)
- Proven experience supporting multi-unit or decentralized hiring teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and building candidate pipelines
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience hiring in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiting team members
Essential Functions:
- Be present in our restaurants at least two times per week to stay connected with operations and support on-the-ground needs
- Communicate effectively across departments and levels
- Conduct interviews virtually and in-person
